Featuring Chef Prakash Jaiswal's creative menu with a unique twist on regional and Canadian favourites, the dining room is open from breakfast to dinner. For breakfast we feature a buffet and a la carte menu, while the rest of the day features an all-day a la carte menu.

Creations staff have developed a wine list that melds a wonderful blend of old world and new world vintages from the four corners of the globe.

If guests are not dining with us they are encouraged to meet with friends and enjoy a beverage in the comfortable elegance of Creations lounge. Creations offers 166 dining and lounge seats; which includes a private dining room for up to 12 guests.
